At first glance it looks like an ordinary waveguide - however the DXT® tweeter technology is anything but ordinary.

The DXT® approach is very different from all known efforts to achieve a controlled wide dispersion. DXT® draws on diffraction to get the job done and the results are quite extrordinary.

DXT® optimizes directivity by carefully arranged diffraction edges in the surface of the drive unit. The edges are placed precisely in certain distances from the cone.

DXT® resolves several key issues regarding loudspeaker design. Including uneven power response and limited dispersion at high frequencies.
