There are 2 ways to start a DXT® project.

• Standard DXT® tweeters.
• Custom designed DXT® tweeters.

1. Standard DXT® tweeters.
This is the easiest way. Just pick a ready-made DXT® tweeter from one of our partners and you are on your way.

2. Custom designed DXT® Tweeters
This service is aimed at complete custom designs with tooling and engineering. Starting up a design projects costs $20,000, which can be deducted in per unit licensing fee.

The design is based on a 25mm soft dome transducer.
Due to the DXT® lens, this tweeter has a very uniform dispersion and shows no high frequency beaming normally associated with dome tweeters.

27TBCD/GB-DXT is a High Definition aluminium/magnesium alloy dome tweeter with DXT® lens.
An optimally shaped dome and a wide SONOMEX surround, both maufactured by SEAS, ensure excellent performance and consistency.

The compensation magnet increases the sensitivity and reduces the magnetic strayfield and allows use in close proximity to CRT screens.

A fine mesh grid protects the diaphragm.

Stiff and stable rear chamber with optimal acoustic damping allows the tweeter to be
used with moderately low crossover frequencies.
